Senior AI Innovation Program Specialist

**Duration:** 3 months **Overview** A public-sector organization is seeking an AI Specialist to lead the design, development, and launch of an AI innovation program. This role focuses on innovation and cultural change management first, with collaboration on AI implementation as a secondary priority. The specialist will work in an environment utilizing Python, R, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn, Apache Spark, Databricks, Jupyter Notebooks, AWS (SageMaker, EC2, S3), Azure (Machine Learning Studio, Databricks), SQL, NoSQL databases, and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI). The position requires assessing organizational readiness and innovation culture, establishing operating models and success metrics, and implementing innovation frameworks and best practices aligned with existing technology standards.
