CrowdPlat Operations & Quality Analyst (Full-Time | Evening Shift - Up to 1:30 AM IST - 100% Remote)

**Hours:** 40 hours/week **Duration:** Contract **Location:** Remote **Overview** This is a high-volume, proactive operations and quality role supporting day-to-day hiring and business development pipelines. You will serve as the first point of contact for candidates, partners, and prospects, managing outreach, scheduling, follow-up, and data quality across multiple conversations simultaneously. Success in this role requires speed, persistence, and strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities** - Run proactive email outreach to candidates, initiating contact early in the pipeline and following up promptly - Schedule and coordinate interviews and product demos over email and direct messaging - Post and maintain open job listings across job boards and LinkedIn - Conduct email outreach to prospects and partners, with phone follow-up where appropriate - Add new contacts and log notes in the system following every meeting - Record and send personalized Loom videos as part of outreach sequences - Manually scrape and compile contact and lead lists to fuel outreach **Required Qualifications** - Comfortable with high-volume outreach and persistent, timely follow-up - Highly organized with calendars, inboxes, and contact records with strong attention to detail - Clear, professional written communication in English - Comfortable on camera for short, personalized video messages - Detail-oriented and patient with repetitive data collection work - Reliable availability for 40 hours per week, with overlap into US business hours as needed **Preferred Qualifications** - Prior experience in recruiting coordination, sales development (SDR/BDR), or virtual assistant work - Familiarity with LinkedIn, Loom, and CRM or ATS tools **Work Location & Requirements** - Fully remote contract role with a global team - Must have availability to overlap with US business hours as needed
