This is manual research work requiring exceptional attention to detail. Researchers will source verified, publicly available professional contact details from university and lab directories, conference programs, professional societies, open-source projects, and publication listings, then deliver them as clean, source-documented CSVs. **Key Responsibilities** * Source verified, publicly available professional contact details from academic and research sources * Build accurate outreach lists of professionals in technical fields including AI, data science, biomedical research, and engineering * Navigate university and lab directories, conference programs, professional societies, open-source projects, and publication listings * Deliver clean, source-documented CSV files with every record verifiable at its source * Exercise judgment to include only people genuinely active in the target field * Complete work assigned in batches and invoice hourly for work delivered **Required Qualifications** * Exceptional attention to detail * Comfort navigating academic directories, conference sites, and research communities * Solid spreadsheet and CSV skills * Responsive communication skills * Must reside in the U.S. and be authorized to work here without employer sponsorship, now or in the future * Must be able to operate as a self-employed contractor and complete IRS Form W-9 **Work Location & Requirements** * Fully remote position * Freelance, 1099 independent contractor role * No automated tools, purchased lists, or guessed email addresses permitted * Every record must be verifiable at its source
