Global Recruitment Consultant

**Location:** Tokyo, Japan **Hours:** 9:00–18:00 **Overview** Join a professional team specializing in recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) for engineers and enterprise companies. This role focuses on global recruitment consulting, supporting the growth of foreign companies expanding in Japan. You will partner with executive leadership, VPoEs, and CTOs of large enterprises and DX-driven companies to design and execute winning engineer recruitment strategies. The mission is to maximize engineer potential and create environments where they can thrive. **Key Responsibilities** * Design and execute recruitment strategies from upstream planning to on-the-ground delivery * Develop recruitment target personas based on business and technical strategies * Conduct 3C analysis of the recruitment environment and articulate the company's competitive advantages (EVP) * Design recruitment processes and evaluation criteria, proposing data-driven improvements * Plan and execute direct recruiting strategies * Maximize candidate experience (CX) through interview and progress management, implementing initiatives to improve acceptance rates * Visualize data using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and establish PDCA cycles * Support organizational branding and technical PR to attract engineers * Identify bottlenecks through recruitment data analysis and develop concrete solutions * Lead global recruitment projects for clients including major foreign consulting firms, AI/robotics startups, space development ventures, and next-generation air mobility companies **Required Qualifications** * Conversational-level English proficiency or higher (ability to read and write, such as study abroad experience) * 2+ years of experience in one of the following: bilateral recruitment agency work, or recruiter experience at an RPO company **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with LinkedIn (LTS) sourcing and scouting * Recruitment support experience in IT/technical roles such as engineers * Negotiation experience with large enterprise clients * Track record of MVP awards or top performance achievements * High motivation for goal achievement with ability to act quickly and purpose-driven * Proactive in identifying issues and prioritizing actions rather than waiting for instructions * Ability to execute rapid PDCA cycles with continuous improvement * Leadership skills to mobilize others and drive results **Work Location & Requirements** * Hybrid work model: 2 days per week remote work available * Office located near Iidabashi Station (3-minute walk from Toei Oedo Line C3 exit) * 120 annual holidays with complete two-day weekends (Saturday/Sunday) * 3-month probationary period
